"便利な場所・静かな環境で快適"

朝食付きが良かった。部屋は少し狭いと思ったが、寝るだけの使用だったので、不便は感じなかった。　目的地への移動が地下鉄一本で行けて便利だった。大須観音、名古屋市美術館、松坂屋などへ歩いて行ける距離だった。

風呂や水回りの設備がやや古かった。
