Hotel Ombak Sunset

Nice resort on sunset beach. Breakfast was excellent all other food and drinks were Good value. Comfortable room with outside bathroom.

Bread on breakfast buffet needs to be covered. Everything else was good

It’s near the beach and it was very lively stay.

There was no hot water in the shower

Struttura perfetta per chi cerca un’esperienza più tranquilla sull’isola di Trawangan. I servizi sono eccellenti, il personale di una gentilezza disarmante e in generale è facile muoversi in bici e raggiungere ogni punto dell’isola. Bici a noleggio in loco a prezzi contenuti, consigliato! L’unica pecca per chi vuole evitare di farsi trasportare i bagagli dai cavalli (cosa che noi non abbiamo voluto fare per non contribuire allo sfruttamento degli animali) è che dista a 35 minuti a piedi dal porto, con le valigie diventa impegnativo. Ad ogni modo, super consigliato!

El hotel no refleja lo que se ve en las imágenes. Amplia piscina con barra del bar dentro de ella, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, el baño en la parte de afuera en cual te podes encontrar gecko, sapos o anda a saber que otra cosa. Desayuno amplio, variado y rico.

No es algo puntual, pero hay mucho indio que la realidad es que huelen diferente a la parte oriental, no se si es que no se bañan o que pero bueno...

Stunning Location: This is an excellent, massive property located on the western side of Gili Trawangan, offering breathtaking evening sunset views. Spacious Rooms: The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Unique Bathroom: The open-air bathroom concept is fantastic, providing a wonderful and refreshing outdoor shower experience. Great Amenities: The swimming pool is perfectly maintained, and the poolside bar service is highly efficient. Dining: The beachfront restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere and a great dining experience.

Rude Staff: Front desk team members were dismissive and unhelpful. They were only interested to sell service of either cycle or e-scooter. Strict Check-in Policy: We arrived at 12:00 PM for a 2:00 PM check-in alongside five other parties. The staff flatly refused early check-in, even though rooms appeared to be ready, and made everyone wait until exactly 2:00 PM. Early Restaurant Closure: The restaurant's official last order time is 10:30 PM. However, staff refused to take orders starting at 9:45 PM, citing high demand. They only accepted our order after we repeatedly insisted and told we are staying in this premises only.

Great place to enjoy sunset, our 2 bedroom villa was amazing, clean and really well maintained pool we enjoyed our stay here as it was really comfy with good breakfast and ofc an amazing friendly staff. however they need to work on their menu and food quality need to be increased not to just focus on indian food.
