Service was great and staff were very friendly. Good restaurant on site.

Rooms were a bit dated. Could use some better pillows.

Extremely friendly staff. Helpfullness at the reception desk, when asking for excursions. Possibility to park the car at no cost at their second hotel in Sulmona town.

The dinner menue as well as the wine list was given to us by scanning a CR code. Menues are difficult to follow when listed on the GSM

"Booked 3 double rooms, but our room was the worst. Extra price unjustified."

Really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the breakfast.

We booked several double rooms and my husband and I got the worst one even though we paid more. Spoke to staff who said they were all the same size...well perhaps but we did see the other rooms and we were not happy with the staff explanation.

Spacious hotel facility with 2 nice pools. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. It was just a little hard to find (about 4 km outside of town)

"Great value with good facilities"

We've gone to this hotel on many occasions as UK people touring Italy and it never fails us. It's not in the central area of Sulmona so could be a problem without a car, and you won't exactly get a room with a view, but otherwise, absolutely great. Two lovely swimming pools, nice air-conditioned rooms, and very helpful staff. Parking is easy and with the beautiful medieval city of Sulmona is just a five minute drive away, it's a very easy choice for us.

All good.
