員工都很親切、熱誠 三樓吃飯時看到員工逐桌整理、更新調味罐，這麼細微工作有落實，讓人很安心。

1.剛入住房間是1010號房，霉味很重，有反應，經過堅持才幫忙換房間。 2.棉被感覺有濕氣，不舒服。 3.淋浴間屋頂竟然會漏水一直滴下來，有向櫃檯反應。

"房間蠻大的，床也很好睡，服務人員都非常親切"

早餐選項不多，生菜沙拉種類有點少，但可以早餐就可以吃到港點很酷! 鳳爪、奶皇包、腸粉、叉燒、鮮蝦餃等都很不錯，還有推車的甜點(芋頭西米露)、菊花普洱茶都很棒，豆漿居然有區分無糖跟有糖的選項也很貼心!

生菜沙拉種類有點少，就只有一盆綜合的沙拉，但還是好吃的
