馬車道駅からかなり近くて助かりました。大きなお風呂があるのも良かったです朝ごはんも美味しかった～☺

どういう問題なのかわからないけど、お風呂帰りにエレベーターのお部屋KEYの反応が悪いのか指定の階には止まりませんと言われ😃💦 結局フロント行って解除？して貰いお部屋に戻ったのはかなり焦りました

温かな朝食が美味しかった。

冬季の宿泊でしたが、館内、部屋共に寒すぎます。その空調の調整は出来ないとあちらこちらに張り紙があり、それが免罪符のようにしてましたが、それにしても寒すぎます。大浴場が売り物の本館ではありますが、テレビのホーム画面で混雑具合をチェックして向かっても、混雑している場合が多く、情報は信用出来ません。混んでいる浴場に行くくらいなら、室内の風呂に入った方がゆっくり出来ますね。館内の寒さと部屋の寒さに、大浴場の混雑で、すっかり風邪を引き体調を崩してしまいました。

1. The location is great. The hotel is right in front of the Bashamichi station exit so it was very easy to find my way and very convenient if you have more luggage. It's also within walking distance to all the attractions in Yokohama. Just two stops from Yokohama station makes it easy to go on a trip anywhere in the region. 2. The room wasn't big but I'd argue it was slightly bigger/better designed than other places I've stayed at (I was able to open my suitcase without an issue, which isn't always the case). 3. It was quiet at night. I'm a light sleeper and I had no issues. 4. Free amenities were of good quality. 5. In general it was clean and comfortable.

1. In the bathroom it was a bit difficult to set the right temperature in the shower 2. No view from the window:( 3. Breakfast buffet very nice but only until 9AM
