駅から近くてお店も沢山あります。雪まつりのすすきの会場にすぐ行けます。 フロントのスタッフのかたが笑顔で対応していました。

エレベーターを待つ時が多かったです。

すすきの駅から近く１階にローソンもあり、飲食店も周囲にたくさんあるのでロケーションは最高です 大浴場がありゆっくりとリラックスできました フロントのスタッフも明るく迎えてくださいましたし、朝食会場のスタッフは外国の方が多かったようですが挨拶や対応もとても良かったです

少し壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋のドアの開けしめが響きました
