整體來說，cp值很高，房間對於一個人來說也很夠用，房務人員服務非常好，英文可以通，地點上也還不錯，去榮商圈有多台公車可以搭乘，但是去火車站就稍遠一點點，但是還在可以接受的距離內。

附近吃飯東西少一點點，但是還是有很多便利商店。
