Wir waren acht Tage da und ich muß sagen meine Erfahrungen sind durchwegs positiv. Schon beim Einchecken ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es wurde uns aller sehr gut erklärt und gezeigt. Die Zimmer, die jeden Tag gemacht werden, sind sauber und in der Größe angemessen. Sehr schönes Bad und ein Balkon mit Tisch, zwei Stühlen und einem Wäscheständer vervollständigen das ganze. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und es ist für jeden was dabei. Die Poolanlage ist relativ einfach aber groß genug und mit genügend Schirmen und Liegen ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist die Bar am Dach des Hotels die einen tollen Ausblick über S'illot bietet. Wirklich hervorzuheben ist das immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Der Strand ist nicht der schönste (and geschwemmtes Seegras usw.) auf Mallorca aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Ein kleines Manko: der Aufzug ist relativ langsam unterwegs und zu den Stoßzeiten kann es schon mal länger dauern.

Fue un viaje regalo para mí madre y tía y basándome en sus comentarios: Un sitio precioso, un hotel muy cómodo, limpio con una arquitectura muy interesante. La comida variada, rica y abundante, los horarios perfectos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Pedí llevar unos ramos de flores a la habitación de mi madre un día y hora muy concretos y me ayudaron a gestionarlo a distancia de una manera eficiente, fácil y con mucha simpatía. Las chicas tanto de la recepción, como de las zonas de restauración, son muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar en todo, mi madre mencionó especialmente a Verónica, que además habla Polaco, un idioma poco frecuente de ver y bastante difícil. Muy contentos, volveremos seguro Gracias por hacer la estancia de mi madre y mi tía tan inolvidable.

Les gustó todo, así que no puedo poner ninguna pega.

I am not happy with the breakfast and food quality and didnt like that we pay for the tools but only allowed to change 2 times during 1 week.
