Location was amazing easy access to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly! Very clean, hospitable, comfortable.

Grumpy owner, threw drink bottle on street, didn't give a shit. Room needs a truck load of maintenance, might as well swam our way out! Water everywhere after shower, had to ask for tissues ( never replaced) had to ask for toilet paper (day 2). Coffee not replaced, then cleaner comes in day we are leaving at 8am. Like WTF. We won't be coming back!

Good place to stay

I love that everything is accessible around you, it be pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, salons etc. Love the location. Great stay! Clean, good location and especially great service.

La escasa limpieza. El suelo estaba negro. Imagino que lo de limpiar con la fregona pocas veces. Le comenté al recepcionista que estaba sucio, pero imagino al no especificarlo que hicieron es limpiarlo (barrerlo… ni idea ), pero luego seguía estando negro..

chambre spacieuse et confortable. hotel bien placé à proximité des animations du soir.

personnel peu aimable et pas de petit déjeuner. Heureusement boulangerie française avec petit déjeuner sur place à 2 minutes à pied à droite en sortant de l'hôtel et à droite au feu tricolore

Loved staying here and will definitely stay again Our room was very clean, the shower was great. the staff are so lovely and helpful

Location of the hotel is great and the room itself was clean

The rooms and corridors are very shabby and don't look like the photos at all, there was no breakfast despite the booking telling you could buy one for 100,000 VND (receptionist claimed that somehow they couldn't avoid listing breakfast in the profile even though this doesn't make any sense - there are hundreds of listings in Hue that don't mention breakfast at all). Cherry on the top was that the bath, the only redeeming feature of the room, didn't work and the guy who came to fix it told us that there isn't anything he could do and we should just take shower instead. There are countless options in Hue that are as shabby and no-frills but 2 times cheaper and countless options that cost the same but are better in every way.
