2階建ての立駐があり、車でのアクセスは便利だが、門司港駅からは意外と距離があった。シャトルバスがあり、丁寧に対応してもらえるが、時間（本数）が限られる。

建物は、多少古いですが部屋の窓とか以外は、清掃は行き届いていました ただ部屋がオートロックではなく、鍵を差して部屋の電源が一斉に入る為出る時鍵を抜くと室内のエアコンと冷蔵庫全て切れるので冷たい物とか溶けるし部屋も暑くなっているしその点は残念でした
