We stayed for a quick overnight after arriving at New Chitose airport, the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from the rental car agency. The room was very small, as was the bathroom, so I did not expect much for the included breakfast. The next morning I was blown away, it was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. A huge selection of Japanese and western items, all very good. I went back for thirds!

The room we were in was very small: it looked like it was designed for a single bed however two beds were in it, so not much room to move: a couple feet around the perimeter of the beds. Not a big deal for us because we arrived late and just needed a place to sleep before we left the next morning, but it would be cramped if one were to stay a couple days.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to trains and a Lawsons. Was easily able to get to Sapporo from here. The owner was beyond welcoming and so kind. The rooms were tidy, and there was enough space for 5 adults to all have our own space comfortably. I will definitely stay here again if we come back north!

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and convenience. The spa was free and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great. We did not leave hungry! The rooms were spacious for a business hotel, and quite comfortable.

There wasn't space on the free airport shuttle for our time frame. However, the train from the nearby station was convenient enough.
