新千歳空港までの送迎バスが出ており便利で良かったと思います。また、大浴場も広く気持ちよく入浴することができました。居室も清潔感があり良かったと思います。

朝食バイキングの開始時間帯１８時３０分頃が非常に混雑しましたので、もう３０分くらい開始時間を早くしてもらい分散しても良かったのかなと思いました。

駅近。朝ごはんが良かった。

少し早く着きフロントにその旨を伝えた時まだ1時間以上前なのになんでこんなに早く来たん？って感じの圧を感じました。あの感じは嫌でした。大浴場の湯船に浸かる気にはなれなかったです。なんか色々浮いてました。
