スタッフがとても一生懸命に働いていて、レストランの場所も調べてくださり、とても親切な対応でした。 泊まったことのないホテルなので、まったく期待していなかったというか、ある程度、残念なのを覚悟して行ったのですが、とても良かったです。

連泊したので、女性大浴場のナンバーが翌日は変わっていたのを知らずに入力してしまい、ロックされました。 渡された紙に書いてあったのですが、老眼でよく見えず。 チェックインの時に、口頭でご案内いただきたかったです。

フロントにあるコーヒーがおいしかった。 温泉があること。 ドライヤーの風量が多く、早く髪が乾くことが1番1番本当によかった。 浴衣のズボンがついていてよかった。

お風呂で体が洗えるミニタオルがもう一枚各部屋に置いて欲しかった。洗面所に一枚、バスタオル一枚だと足りなくなる
