室内環境は良かった。ゆっくり眠れた。レストランのスタッフサービスが行き届いていて親切だった。

大浴場があるせいなのか？室内のユニットバスの深さ(高さ)がもう少し低かったら不満はなかった。出入りしにくいので対応を考えてほしいです。

高台にあり、景色が良かった。送迎バスがあり、夕食も外で楽しめた。主人が忘れ物をしたが、丁寧に対応してもらえた。

本館から別館に移動するのに時間がかかり、少し遠かった。

観光スポットをもっとわかりやすくマップにして欲しい、壁に貼ったり、ポケモンマンホールで来る観光客も増えてるのでポケふたの場所とかもシャトルバスで回って欲しい

4 gün sonra tekrar aynı otelde kalacağım için eşyamı bırakmak istedim kabul etmediler böyle bir otelde yakışmayan hizmet şekli Japonya da hizmet çok ileri diyorlar ama bence hiç de dedikleri gibi değil
