"朝食付きの割にはリーズナブルだと思う。"

栄駅から近くはないけど歩ける範囲であったこと、館内と室内が清潔であったこと。

リサーチ不足だったが、周辺が夜になると賑わうお店が連なっていたので、昼間でも少し治安が悪いこと。　　　　　　　　　　　　あと、廊下の音が丸聞こえで、夜でも気になる時があったこと。

特に無いですが、首都高速の横なので、どうしても騒音が防音ガラスに変える設備投資は無理でしょう。
