Great staff. Perfect location. Dockside restaurant very convenient and good. Good value for money.

Hotel and rooms are dated and in need of some TLC. Some noise from adjacent construction site.

We've been going for many years. If you want to experience manatees and dolphins up close and right out your back door, this is the place. Also beautiful sunsets and getting back to nature. Bring your best camera with you for this trip. The Port itself is a little weathered but it is clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great views overlooking the water. Excellent little balcony.

l'emplacement est toujours aussi bien, mais déçus car nous étions venus en 2023 et lors de notre réservation, nous avions demandé le 16 octobre 2025 quand même, s'il était possible d'avoir la même chambre. Apparemment c'était bon. A L'arrivée, la jeune femme, charmante et la même que 2 ans avant, nous donne la chambre 202 au 1er étage et non la 102 au RDC. Mon mari ayant des soucis de mobilité, nous avons du insister pour en avoir une au RDC, plus loin, à côté du restaurant. Bof. Dommage

la vue moins sympa, la proximité du resto un peu bruyant. Avec du recul, ça reste une chambre chère pour cet établissement très vieillissant

the place is old and dirty and Not keep up. No lights in the rooms had to use the Bathroom light to see.The paint on the outside and in the rooms old and dirty. would not stay there at all.
