La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todos los sitios de interés, cafés, restaurantes y el transporte. Se puede vivir el día a día de la cultural local de Oaxaca, las fiestas y expresiones artísticas.

El tamaño de la habitación, muy pequeña aún para una persona es muy poco el espacio, el baño poco cómodo, muy poco espacio e incluso el lavabo está fuera del baño. Poca variedad de alimentos en el desayuno y personal poco amable.
