Executive Inn & Suites West Columbia

We waited in the lobby a few minutes before anyone came out to acknowledge us. The person who came out could not speak English and had to use his cell phone to call someone. We had a reservation and he could not understand. The room was very shabby. Had dead bugs on the floor, rust in the bathtub, phone receiver was broken in half, the A/C only worked part of the time so the room stayed warm and sofa had holes in the upholstery. We were glad we were only staying one night and will not be back.

That our basketball was down the street and McDonalds was across the street

The advertisement was that there is a pool, gym and breakfast and none of that was available. Also, there was not one towel available so I had to aske and we recvd it about 9pm He only given us 3 and I told him there were 3 boys, myself and daughter.

The room temp was good. The TV was hard to get to turn on. No remote for the tv only the direct tv box. The floor was dirty. The bathroom dirty. Small bugs. I was leary about sleeping on the bed but was dead tired.

The room smelled bad as if you let wet carpet dry without removing water. Bathtub had moldy edges & sink soup scum build up. Pillow are low quality. the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

It wasn't good at all, it was horrible and not worth it at all...

Everything in the rooms were horrible.

Clean and comfortable

Only 1 bar of soap. Toilet paper was terrible.

Smelled horrible. Will never stay in this motel or town again

I booked a non smoking room, but had to take a smoking room because of "bugs" found in the non smoking rooms. mattress was bad, this used to be a good place, I guess the owners syphoned all the money out of it and is leaving the place to decay. A real shame!
