Executive Inn & Suites West Columbia

The only things i did not like was there were people with chairs outside their room sitting and throwing cigarette butts on the ground and did not pick them up. Makes the Hotel look trashy on the outside.

Room was comfortable but needed a little cosmetic updates along with a slight bit of maintenance

I have stayed at this very same hotel many times over the last couple of years. They are always very nice and friendly at the service desk, the rooms are always clean, and and the beds are comfortable. I’ve slept on harder mattresses at other hotels that charge more than this place. I’ve never had anything to complain about when it came to this hotel, and I personally love staying here. This is my go-to place to stay and that’s where I’m going to continue to stay.

Had mildew growing in rooms...did not stay there

Stayed here several times past w/o nothing to complain about. This time, no coffee maker, way too much cleaning agent used in room, and Nothing for Breakfast, Where most other Lodging on this trip provided Pre- Covid Breakfast offerings. Not even coffee in the lobby.

I do not recommend this motel ! It was full of roaches and smelt like smoke even though it stated it was non smoking. Husband has asthma and smoke triggers his allergies really bad! This property allows you to rent by the week which I didn’t know so therefore the majority of the people there were basically living there. The room next door had a table by there door with beer cans everywhere and a grill. Sketchy people walking around! We felt unsafe. Room was just gross: We went to front desk to give cards back and canceled our stay!! We paid $75 a night for this place is totally not worth it! They should be charging about $35 a night! We drove a few miles and found a la Quinta for same price and hotel was amazing! Very very clean! Hotel.com should remove this place from there site!!

Nice and clean. Easy to get to. Located close to restaurants and stores

Small ill-matched uncomfortable pillows on both beds, chest of drawers was broken, toilet had to be plunged several times to keep from overflowing. long walk carrying baggage and equipment to room as handicap parking area was poorly located greatly limiting accessible parking.

Good hotel but need some improvement like need a coffee machine, towel looks old and the water got stock inside the tub.

Room was clean but had some what of a musty smell
