One Crescent provided a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The staff, most especially Ruby, were very helpful, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and I myself would stay there again in the future.

We booked a suite with a payment of over one hundred euros, we went there and were told that the room is not ready yet, maybe it will be in a couple of hours. Such service. Would not recommend anyone to book a suite unless you want to be disappointed! And from the window of the suite room, there is a view of the wall of another building :D
