前台服务还是蛮好的，原以为过了时间没人结果前台一直有人，且有问必答，竭力服务。旅馆位置挺好，在市区一小岛上，景色优美，到游船码头走路也就几百米，另外停车免费也很不错。

Mooie kamer .

Tweede avond aangemeld voor diner om 19u kregen te horen dat er een buffet werd georganiseerd voor een groep en dat er eerst werd gezegd dat er pas vanaf 19u30 kon besteld worden , ok om 19u45 opnieuw aangemeld. Kregen toen te horen dat er geen mogelijkheid meer was om te eten.Van dit alles was niets op voorhand meegedeeld.Na aandringen uiteindelijk toch iets kunnen bestellen.Na ons nog 4 mensen blijkbaar kunnen bedienen.Ondertussen werden er wel een aantal mensen wandelen gestuurd.Voor de mensen van dienst in het restaurant was het blijkbaar niet zo duidelijk.Gebrek aan leiding en management? Dag ervoor bediend door iemand met zeer vuile kleding. Later ook een negatieve ervaring in het restaurant van Scandic Kiruna , waar een duidelijk bedorven tiramisu dessert werd opgediend. Overal zeer jonge crew , leiding?

Sauber, bequem, freundliches Personal, ein Bett mit einer guter Matratze, auf der man tiefen und gesunden Schlaf findet, ein exzellentes Frühstück: was will man mehr?!

Hier fällt mir erfreulicherweise nichts ein!
