A proximidade do hotel com a praia de Iracema. Muitos restaurantes e barzinhos próximos. Calçadão na beira mar para fazer caminhadas e praticar exercícios físicos. Local seguro para caminhar. A limpeza é boa e a equipe é bastante disposta para ajudar aos hóspedes. O café da manhã é bom, contendo uma boa variedade de comida. Tem garagem no local e acomoda bem os veiculos.

Apenas de não ter passado mais dias no hotel.
