The location and the view from the room were great. The sheets and towels were clean, although they were worn and pilled.

The shower cabin had noticeable mold, and there was a lot of dust in the room. There was a disgusting stain on one of the pillows, although the pillowcase was clean. The receptionists were not polite. One of them didn't even apologize when I pointed out the cleanliness issues and then tried to charge me an extra €10. The elevator was extremely small and could barely accommodate one person with a suitcase. I also noticed that older reviews mention similar issues, including stains in the rooms and unfriendly reception staff. Unfortunately, it seems that these problems have not been addressed.
