Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, aber komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben das Restaurant besucht im welchem Frühstück serviert wurde und das war einfach Super! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Richtig gut war die Live-Piano-Begleitung während des Frühstücks! Dafür besonderer Dank an den Musiker. Die Betten könnten eine zusätzliche Matratzen-Auflage gebrauchen (eine der Matratzen war ziemlich durchgelegen, hart und unbequem). Die Rezeption und Zimmerservice hat sehr schnell auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert (wir haben ein weicheres Kissen und zusätzliche Decke gebraucht). Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt extrem höfflich und Hilfsbereit.

Die Matratzen waren etwas älter und hart. Hier könnte eventuell eine Matratzen-Auflage eine kostengünstige Lösung sein.

Меня заселили в чужой номер . Я оставил там все свои вещи . И пошел в ресторан , вернувшись я увидел что не работает кондиционер . Пошел на рецепцию ,чтобы попросить его починить . Где мне сказали что вы живете в другом номере и это не ваш, он других людей ))) в итоге пришлось переносить вещи в другой номер и заселяться заново . Не понятно как моя карточка открыла чужой номер . Хорошо что персонал помог перенести вещи . Странно что не было ни какого комплимента от менеджмента гостиницы в качестве извинения за неудобство . Так же из минусов , очень долго ждать лифт .
