Very disappointing experience for a hotel of this level. We booked several rooms for one night because we had a business meeting with our partners. Before arriving, we also made a reservation for dinner at the restaurant/club area. I specifically asked for a table in the restaurant with live music and DJ, and the hotel confirmed the reservation. We arrived at 8:00 PM, exactly as booked. However, at around 11:00 PM, we were suddenly told that we had to leave the table because it had been reserved for someone else. They then said they could move us to another table in a different restaurant, claiming that our reservation was actually for another area. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since I had clearly requested the restaurant with live music and DJ. It created an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation in front of our business partners. For a hotel that presents itself at this level, the organization, communication, and customer service were very poor. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not what we expected.
