Great location, also very nice architecture, all rooms with ocean view, direct beach access, beautiful beach

The place is falling apart. Owner does not seem to be willing to invest a cent into maintenance. The stairs to the beach are unusable. There is definitly a major danger of injury. Most outdoor lights are broken, parts of the lamps just laying around, open electric wires. Pools are missing lots of tiles, plaster is falling of the walls, Ping Pong table is "repaired" by utelizing a plastic cup instead of the missing foot. Door to our room has cracks so wide, that mosquitos have no problems of finding their way in. Pool table is missing balls, Air hockey seems to be clogged in some areas. The sound system for evening entertainment is broken, randomly blasts super loud sound fragments into the audience, makes it impossible to enjoy any show. Made kids run away screaming form the mini disco.

We loved the outside of the hotel with the beach and large pools. The food was amazing, and the servers were extremely friendly.

One of the staff called Raphael, was extremely rude, aggressive and confrontational. He did not have any respect for people, even abused elderly guests, and I don't think he should be working there anymore.

Hotel echt super!! Sehr freudliches gut gelaunte Personal, immer zuvorkommend!! (Achtung Flughafentransfer trotz Buchung nicht dabei...nur via Taxi erreichbar kosten pro Fahrt €120.-)

The sun loungers are all sagging in the middle and need replacing. Maybe advance notice that the deposit for the safe has to be cash so that peoples can prepare

Corridor no light on the evening time didn’t work at all, air conditioner not work well, the building in general was good, but was some few things need work, painting and decoration, so can be look more new

Positiv: super Strand mit direktem Zugang. Kaum Leute ausser vom Hotel und vereinzelt Einheimische. Quasi ein Privat- / Naturstrand. Große Pools Keine Liegenbelegung Zimmer mit Meerblick Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal Negativ : Mobiliar etwas alt und kaputt.....für uns war es aber ok. Essensauswahl - mehr Vielfalt wäre wünschenswert nicht alle Gerichte waren lecker, aber man hat immer etwas gefunden, was geschmeckt hat.

Pleasantly surprised by the family room - expected a sofa bed and twin beds in one room but actually got a two bedroom room with 2 beds in each so was perfect for the 4 of us. Pool size was great, two pools so never felt crowded when in the pool. Staff were friendly.

Very very dated and in need of lots of repairs all around the hotel - can understand why it was a cheaper option as it is pretty run down condition wise. Cockroach was in our room on night two - they did come and clean it and bug spray the next day but hardly slept as worried it (and more) would be back! Air con didn’t work in the room - seemed to be heating more than cooling. Every piece of furniture needed repairing - loungers by the pool, seating by the pool, tables etc Wifi chargeable and even phone reception (Vodafone) was zero in the rooms. Food was a little samey- lots of pork and meatballs and dessert was the same every day.
