Utsikten var perfekt, romslig suite med fantastisk balkong/terrasse. Personalet var utmerket behjelpelig og hyggelige. Det var overkommelig å gå opp bakkene og vi brukte rundt 5 min ned til stranda. Kanskje 10 opp med store ryggsekker. Det var kaffe, te og kakao på rommet. Sengen var god å ligge i.

La habitación con terraza privada es excelente si quieres disfrutar de las vistas de todo Positano. La habitación es muy cómoda, muy grande. Perfecta para relajarte y no salir de su terraza.

Ruim appartement met veel meer ruimte dan verwacht. Geschikt voor meerdere mensen zeker wanneer je paar dagen zou willen blijven.

De kamer lag een stuk verwijderd van de aangegeven locatie in Positano en was niet in het centrum maar aan de rand van het dorp aan de drukke uitvalsweg. Personeel wel vriendelijk om bagage te transporteren. Auto kon worden geparkeerd tegen vrij hoge kosten.

Staff were amazing. Margherita, Martina, and Angelo were all very professional, courteous, kind and accommodating. Location is EXCELLENT. Amazing views. Quick walk from ferry docks up to the hotel. If you exercise regularly,.. this can be done with porting your own luggage. If you have any heart conditions, are overweight or just don't exercise much,... would probably recommend hiring the porters easily located as soon as you get off the ferry. We took ferry boat from Salerno; very easy. Rating dropped from 10/10 to 8/10 due to issues below. FYI, for reference of photos, we stayed in room #1. What wasn't so great: Rooms do not have their own dedicated A/C and therefore you are dependent on having windows (French doors to patio) open and fans in the room. Not a big deal until you're trying to fall asleep at 11pm and you smell food cooking from restaurants, hear loud noise of the bar across the street and piercing sounds of 2-stroke motorcycles zooming up the road below. This would be an easy fix. A hotel of this caliber could/should simply invest in dedicated individual wall-mounted AC units. Cheap fix for an issue they probably receive much critique. Other issues were the sheets, bed and pillows. Latter two were REALLY hard. Awoke several times throughout the night in discomfort from just how hard they were. The sheets were a bit rough. Not sure what to say about that. All-in-all,... we'd have rated it 10/10 if not for these issues.
