Within good walking distance of Stirlings main historical attractions Extremely helpful proprietor-Alison was a great source of local information and couldnt do enough to help us

Our room was on the top floor and was beautifully decorated in gold and cream tones. The bed was very comfortable. The dining room was superbly set out, with crystal candlesticks and fine tableware. We felt like we were dining in a manor house! The service and food were both great. In addition free whiskey and brandy were provided in the guest sitting room, plus delicious truffles - very decadent - and a wonderful way to round off the evening chatting to our hostess.We would highly recommend the Old Tram House as a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed with our two children for two nights in the family room. Sometimes raving reviews can create false expectations but this wasn't the case here. Very warm welcome, beautifully decorated room, amazing breakfast, ... A dream of a bed and breakfast.

We spent 18 days traveling England, Scotland and Ireland. By far this was the absolute best place we stayed. Very clean! The owner Alison was absolutely fabulous!

We enjoyed our visit to Stirling immensely! The Old Tram-House was lovely, and the hospitality was superb! We walked to the Wallace Monument and to Stirling University where our son was attending a conference. Truly a beautiful city and surroundings! Decor of the B&B was gorgeous without being oppressive, and the breakfast was fabulous.

A wonderful hotel and a very courteous staff. The breakfast was good and the room was beatiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the Victorian decor as well.
