Villa Giovanna

The room is not bad, but not match my expectations because of no kitchen supplies can not cooking. Outside the villa, when I arrived at night time looked so scared and 1 light was on at the front gate.

I like the owner as she wants us to experience that room, to get in the room we informed her we were scared but she tried to push us to stay there. Even though we want to get a new room with extra pay she does not agree to the request. Then actually we are in a safe in that Villa. The Driver accompanies us to the Hotel driving so badly. but The driver bringing us to the Train station was good.

The hotel provides an Airport shuttle for 20 euros per trip at any time throughout the day—24Hrs Front desk- support arranges a shuttle. The rooms were spacious.

The hotel had different names, which were not written on the shuttle car, which made it confusing to locate the shuttle car in the waiting area outside the arrivals area. Bed linens and blankets were rough. No room heating was working. Some lights were broken. The main reception was at a different location than the selected property.

Close to the airport. Has a shuttle service to the airport (but not from the airport).

First of all, the hotel has no reception, but only rooms. The reception is located at another hotel called Tre Leoni and you should get to there first in order to get the keys. (no one told us this info so we waited in the sun at Villa Giovanna till we called the hotel and they sent an employee to pick one of us up to the hotel in order to check in and get the keys). The building is very old, no elevator so if you have luggage - get ready to do some exercise. The rooms themselves are old and basic.

Very clean and location very good, the staff was very professional and helpful

The room was big. the towel was new and good quality.

One of the wastafel was stopped and the shower was not big enough.
