Gave me an iron on request, have been putting new soap everyday

Needs serious refurbishing, linen were very old, staff sometimes cannot communicate neither English, nor Russian

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Every thing

A very nice location, view in the business centre of Baku. Very close to metro. As I arrived very early, the personnel left me to some place to sit and wait for a room. The number was comfy.

Breakfast could have been more diverse, also there was only soluble coffee. This was not a great problem however, given the presence of a teapot and a fridge in the room.
