Ficamos hospedados por duas noites. A suite era ampla, decorada com primor. O serviço extremamente cordial. Uma linda piscina, cercada de bela natureza. Comemos nos dois dias na Trattoria do hotel, que serve comida deliciosa e tem um serviço perfeito, caloroso e simpático. Voltaria mil vezes se possível.

We stay at a lot of high end hotels/resorts in Europe and this is probably the best one we have ever stayed at, the property is gorgeous , the service is fantastic , the 2 restaurants serve incredible, fresh organic food, the pool is amazing with an end where you can hang out in the pool and look out onto the Tuscan Countryside, the rooms are beautifully decorated , comfortable beds , your own private area off the room with sun loungers, the gardens are amazing and the staff is very friendly and attentive, small enough that they know who you are during your stay, can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be returning ! I rate it 10 Stars Plus

a very nice place , beautiful houses and garden an excellent staff, only small minus point is just that outside the room there is no internet in the garden , even close to the room and near the pool

Amazing

The hotel has been tastefully decorated, flowers everywhere within, the gardens perfectly manicured. There is nothing I can complain about when it comes to this hotel. There are 2 restaurants, one formal and the other less so. The prices in both are fairly expensive, the bistro could be less so. The breakfast is perfect. There is no describing how pretty the terrace is that you sit for breakfast. The service within the hotel also faultless.

I've been to most of the world.. Japan, US, UK, most of Europe, Australia, bali, Canada.. Etc.. And stayed in many luxury resorts and 5 stars hotels (4 seasons, Ritz,..) This without doubt of the top hotel I ever stayed in my life.. I took a tour with the head of farming at the hotel and learned a lot about plants.. And ot was for free! All their for food and plants are all natural (no pesticides been used) They have more than 300 thousands plants! I asked if I can buy some of there home made honey but they are not ready to sell yet! But they give me a small portion as a gift :) Again, this is one of the most enjoyable places we ever stayed in!
