The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing. As this was our primary reason for choosing this location. Please note that you should make dinner reservations ahead of time as well. That said, the staff, location, and breakfast were wonderful. I would caution anyone with a tight schedule to plan ahead if booking here but otherwise would come back.
DEWir sind mit Hund angereist. Das Personal war wirklich super lieb, auch zu unserem kleinen Begleiter. Wir durften ihn auch mit zum Frühstück nehmen, allerdings in einem Nebenraum. Was für uns vollkommen in Ordnung war, da es sein erster Urlaub war und er noch etwas unruhig war. Dadurch haben wir schon keinen beim gemütlichen Frühstück gestört. Und die Lage war wirklich klasse. Direkt vor der Tür eine richtig schöne Promenade am See entlang.
Leider waren die Kissen nicht ganz so bequem. Da war leider nicht mehr viel an Füllung drin. Das Licht im Bad ist mit einem Bewegungsmelder angegangen und hat etwas gedauert, bis sie wieder aus gegangen ist, so auch die Abluftanlage. Da das Bad nur mit einer Glasschiebetür zu schließen ist, war es dementsprechend länger hell und etwas laut. Etwas nervig für die andere Person, wenn man mitten in der Nacht nochmal ins Bad muss.

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Auch lag der Dreck noch am nächsten Tag am Boden. Haare der Putzfrau im Bad Schimmel in der Dusche

Betten waren etwas dreckig, Haare in der Badewanne, Pool war sehr kalt, nur Badewanne zum Duschen / veraltet.
DESpa Bereich das Personal vom spa Bereich und das Essen war sehr gut.. die Aussicht
Service, Hotel Zimmer war nicht das was wir eigentlich bekommen sollten, Ausblick vom Zimmer aus, keine spa Schuhe mussten unsere eigenen flip Flops nehmen .. Pool war sehr klein
JP景色が最高。レイクビューの部屋から、湖越しに雲の移りや、太陽が山を照らす様を見てるだけでも価値があります。また、サウナの中からも湖、山の景色が望めることも良い。サウナも90度以上、しっかり浸れます。朝食も多様で、いつも食べ過ぎます。ハチミツが巣ごと置いてあり、そこから流れ出る透明なハチミツのピュアなこと。どれも想像以上でした。
クーラーはなかったです。無くても涼しいので。部屋に電気ポットもなかったです。これはあって欲しかった。
