Room was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed. The little extras of Tunnocks teacakes were much appreciated. Bed linen and towels were spotless. Receptionist/bar staff friendly and welcoming

It was a cold evening and the heating did not turn on. There was a smell in the bathroom possibly plumbing issue. Also the main bedroom had a peculiar odour similar to wet carpet/damp dog making it an unpleasant bedtime

People smoking outside our window. Lots of loud drunk people coming in to the hotel

"A good choice in Oban"

Nice modern hotel. Not run down like some Rooms well appointed, Great shower. Staff very helpful. Excellent location very near town centre.

Rooms were a bit on the small size but perfectly adequate No lift but not a problem for us

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was ideally situated in town centre. Room was a decent size with large and very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with good shower.

No negatives.
