This property offers all-inclusive rates and normal rates (bed and breakfast). Please note transfer services & excursions are only complimentary with the All-Inclusive packages. For Bed & Breakfast reservations, these services are available at an extra cost. All-Inclusive rates include: -Accommodations -American breakfast, lunch and dinner -Open Bar: includes water, sodas, juices, house wines and liquors. (Premium wines and liquors available for an additional cost) -Daily excursions: 2 half-day excursions or 1 full day excursion -Access to the Uma Spa: including the pool, sauna and steam room (massages, spa treatments and therapies are available for an additional cost) -Regular transfers to and from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Cerro Castillo (only for packages of minimum 3 nights stay) * -Regular transfer to and from El Calafate, Argentina (available for an additional cost) * * Transfer times are preset and subject to change. Guests are kindly requested to arrange arrival and departure times in advance (Punta Arenas Airport is a 4-hour drive away) LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Exceptional"

The location and the views from the hotel's wonderful property are unbeatable. What really makes this place special is the staff. Kineret and Basilio organize the excursions for guests and go above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. Every member of staff is kind, friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave.

Everything vastly exceeded any expectations I had, from the extremely friendly, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff to the delicious food - all enclosed in a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable accommodations and a wonderful and relaxing time spa set in a spectacular environment. The excursions are thoughtfully planed and executed to fit one’s preferences. Much thought is put in to keep everything as organic and environmentally friendly as possible.

"Great Hotel for Exploring Torres"

The stay was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Torres Del Paine. The manager was very attentive and took great care in watching out for all the guests. Food was the weakest area of the hotel and I would encourage improved culinary options and execution given price point on the hotel

Everything was terrific. The only thing was dinner menu is limited and main dish preparations need a little improvement for the price. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and have stunning views!
