"Great value, top end comfort in Cali"

Everything! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, particularly in the breakfast room / restaurant / pool area. Arguably the best breakfast buffet in Colombia. Incredible variety of fruit, hot and cold options and multiple tasty coffee top ups! Room was in the annexe, conveniently accessed via corridor bridge. Generous size, openable window with views downtown across the Rio Cali (which has an interesting cultural / flora and fauna walk upstream). Restaurant had good opening times, good food, large portions. Slightly expensive but commensurate with the standard of the hotel.

It was great to have an outdoor pool but was slightly let down by having only 3 loungers. The available space with tables and stools could possibly be arranged differently during the day to have more lounger spaces to relax in.

Ubicación

Me asignaron un habitación en donde no estaba funcionando el aire acondicionado, llamé a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y su respuesta fue que no tenían disponible. Dormí las 3 noches con ventilador y nunca arreglaron el aire acondicionado. Me enviaron una tabla de quesos de cortesía pero eso cambia la incomodidad de mi estadía en este hotel.
