Great location, very kind staff (except the lady at the egg station at the breakfast buffet, extremely rude she scared everybody), beautiful building, good bed

Not all facilities are included in the price, i.e. you have to pay extra for the swimming pool... And only can stay there for 2 hours

the location on the square is second to none whilst the bar is the place I most visited. Housekeeping was correct and kind. Breakfast Buffet was top quality, our Junior suite on the 4th floor after we changed from a top floor one with claustrophobic small windows, was correct and relatively modern After making friends with the bar staff outside I was treated correctly and they all went out of their way.

everything seemed understaffed, nobody could help us for example at 0745 in the morning with luggage, one single lady working at the reception in a Hotel of that size is simply sub-standard, so felt sorry for her. It seems like one has to ask for kindness, staff generally ok especially when they start to get to know you and you are kind to them, but it’s simply the wrong way round. The whole operation seems very regulated, at 09:45 the staff is ordered to close curtains in the breakfast room and let absolutely no one in last minute nor give a guest already sitting the feeling of being wanted. In the interior bar no service at all one has to get a drink from the outside bar. Coffee pods in the room not topped up, Minibar also partially forgotten. No room service and only when one pays 100 SEK extra they bring it up … Roof top pool comes at an extra cost of 295 SEK which is very unusual, and when there I had to watch with my 4 year old son two men having “fun” in the pool which was completely off .. Overall would we come back ? Yes now since we know the Hotel and feel we know a bit some outstanding staff members … my long review is there for the Hotel maybe consider to improve the pro-active attitude of the staff

Bar closed too early

L’emplacement est idéal, à 2min de la gare. Les standards de l’hôtel était très appréciable. Énormément de choix pour le petit déjeuner qui était bon.

Je n’ai pas apprécié que dans la salle de bain il n’y ai pas un kit avec coton tige, brosse à dent, dentifrice … c’est ce que j’attend d’un hôtel haut de gamme. Et les murs était fins, je pouvais entendre mes voisins de chambre parfois.

Great breakfast! Friendly staff - she even upgraded our room since we had booked a small one!

Parking was complicated - mainly due to construction in the area.
