NO ELEVATOR! Had to tote 2 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs! Electrical outlets that don't work. Toilet constantly running.

Location and spacious room for a family of 4.

Kitchen equipments were not sufficient. If a rice cooker, utensils, cleaner pots and pans were available, that would be great.

The bed was hard, no elevator, expensive snacks, room smelled, screen on window torn, bedding had stains, limited towels, staff was not friendly, back exit was not usable.
