Breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was good.

Bathrooms shower didn’t work, bath towels were very old & used , so it didn’t dry or absorb the water on the body.

The checking process was easy, didn't take much time

Showering with cold water. When you call maintenance they tell you to turn the know on the left. As for the sink water we were told to let it run for 20 minutes which we did without success. The maintenance guy said "ho gaya" meaning it done???? Really I don't feel hot water! When we checked in we requested a plain bed sheets and he said it will delivered. When we came back at 10pm there was no bed plain bed sheets. Also their quality of towels lack proper hygiene....they are soiled and thin. They definitely need improvement on the quality of towels. Hilton, a reputable hotel chain needs to address this issue.

The staff was excellent. All issues were resolved quickly and professionally.

The breakfast wasn't tasty. The ingredients were of poor quality. My cheese omelette was a success because the cheese was of poor quality. The rest of the food didn't make me want to eat. When breakfast is perhaps your only meal, it's frustrating. When breakfast is perhaps your only meal, it's frustrating.
