"Poor Communication and overcharged"

Very poor communication. Had to call 2 days before leaving for our trip as we still hadn't received the arrival instructions. The original reservation clearly stated that the cleaning fee would be waived for the time would be staying and the balance after deposit was due the day of check-in. The balance plus cleaning fee was charged to my credit card 10 days before our arrival date and included the cleaning fee, which I didn't realize until I got back home. I attempted to reach him multiple times by both phone and e-mail with no response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company As far as the stay itself, upon arrival the smoke detector was chirping non-stop. My husband ended up having to pull it down and remove the batteries. The property is up for sale and it appears the owner has just stopped caring. There was no welcoming information or anything.

"Great place to stay and convenient to Yellowstone."

The room was much more than we expected. It would be a really great place to stay for multiple days. We took advantage of having the kitchen and that would be really helpful after spending the day out seeing the park.

"Excellent Stay!"

We were at the tail end of a 11 day road trip and these were the best beds we had the entire trip, both my husband and daughter woke up and commented on the beds. The space is great, would work for 2 couples or family. Communication was excellent the entire time and I would 100% rent here again if staying in Gardner.

Nous avons tout aimer . Franchement c'était top super logement bien équiper lit au top tout etait propre vraiment rien a dire . Je recommande vraiment 100%.😍🙏

La seul chose vraiment a reprocher .. les dessous de lit remplis de poussière.
