Bella Vista Motel Hamilton

Central, bit dated but tidy it was a shame about bed and ripped net curtains, not the greatest look. Time management, we arrived along with other checkins but no staff were onsite, I had to ring to say we were all waiting

Bed was uncomfortable felt like springs were shot No lockbox for key if leaving early, gave reception notice we wld be needing to leave early had to leave key in room

The hotel didnt respond to accomadation request with a yes or no for a late checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had booked 2 rooms. Our beds were comfortable and the King bed was huge. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The whole place was clean and very tidy. We were glad to have the fans as it was very hot during our stay. We would recommend this place to stay. This is the second time I have stayed here. It is close to the city centre.

It was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and linen very clean and fresh. Location is very convenient.Friendly staffs and very helpful.
