"The best in Marrakech"

10.0

Beautiful Riad, very close to the Medina. There are some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was incedible and Rashid is the best in town!

"Cosy maroccan-style family home"

9.0

The was our first experience living in such accommodation like riad. I like it - very authentically. This riad is like family home. Rashid (host) prepares the moroccan traditional breakfast especially for you at the time you wish. The room is looking like real moroccan room. But if you like to wake up late it may be the problem, because all the hotel guests taking breakfast opposite your window (inside the riad) and you hear their talking. The roof exit is open, they prepare a chill-out zone. Rashid was so kind to help us with excursion to Ouarzazate. He found reasonable option for tomorrow wery quickly. The roof exit is open, they prepare a chill-out zone. Riad has a good location - close to the taxi and auto parking, in the several foot steps of medina market. We take about 20 min by foot to place Jemaa el-Fna and 25 min by foot to Jardin Majorelle.

It is difficult to find out the riad entrance for the first time. The street is very concealed and you should ask the neighborhoods. But the next time it is easy!

"Charming, small riad in quiet alley in medina"

8.0

We stayed for 6 night in this small, charming riad (only 5 simple but comfortable rooms). Location was perfect, just outside the souks and about 10-15 min walk to Jemaa el-fna square. So, just off the hustle and bustle but sufficient restaurants nearby. Every morning big breakfast was served in court yard which was great for our teenagers (minor comment: every day was almost the same, they could vary, serving some fruit, cheese). Owner and staff very friendly and attentive. They have a small rooftop area but no pool. I recommend this riad for few nights stay!

Watch-out: we arranged a one-day trip to Atlas Mountains (three valleys) via the riad. We had an unpleasant experience with our driver Abdlatif, who brought us to overpriced, bad quality restaurant, arranged a guide to walk us to the waterfalls for whom we had to pay (he did not tell beforehand) and he did not want to drive to safran -farm (le paradise du safran) mentioning it was closed (which was not the case). So, I recommend to avoid this driver.

"Quite basic accommodation"

6.0

I had to change my check in date and they accepted without any problem. The bed were comfortable.

The score of 9.5 on booking doesn't reflect the reality. The pictures listed are quite old, for example, the terrace doesn't have any chaise lounge. umbrella or something similar, Clothes and linen are dried there. The TV from one room didn't have any signal. The other one for the other room could be used only for Youtube and Netflix with your credentials. The breakfast quite basic, no water provided (we had to buy one bottle) and same jam, one pancake and some bread/croissant.
