Very close to the station. If you like to walk, you can also walk to the castle 🏯 I loved the breakfast, the Japanese one. I have no idea what exactly was on my plate, but it was good. My husband liked the hot springs as well. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go there :(

Tattoos are forbidden in the hot springs :( Even the small ones.

Great location within few minutes walk to the main station. The public bath. Friendly and attentive staff!

The pillows and the room design could use an upgrade.

The Onsen was really nice. We had good connections to visit other places.

Ottime e gestite bene le onsen disponibili in struttura, bella anche l’atmosfera e l’arredamento dell’hotel in generale.

Lo staff presente in mattinata, al contrario di quello presente dall’orario del check in standard in poi (dalle tre del pomeriggio), é stato scortese nei nostri confronti, soprattutto l’uomo che si occupava della reception e del farci lasciare i bagagli al locker, ed abbiamo avuto ingenti difficoltà a comunicare con loro. Il giorno prima dell’inizio del nostro soggiorno avevamo contattato la struttura per chiedere se era possibile fare un check in anticipato, in via di condizioni straordinarie, e ci era stato detto di sì, non specificando altri dettagli, ossia che il check in anticipato é possibile effettuarlo solo a pagamento, per una cifra non da poco. Se ci fosse stato comunicato prima e non sul luogo, non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema.
