Capricorn Hotel Suva

The room was comfortable and clean , the Staff were Lovely and Overall we loved everything about this accommodation and definitely recommend xx

Quiet, good location to town

beds had human hair on all of them (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds), beds looked like people had been sleeping in them, not much toilet paper given in the bathroom for 3 adults, room smelt dusty

Convenient location

There is no lift which means you have to carry luggage but staff do help

Very clean hotel. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a superb location.

According to the price we pay there was no breakfast facilities and no bar on property

Very helpful and friendly staff, except for the Indian manager at reception who obviously was never taught basic politeness. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including kitchenware.

Stained bed sheets, cockroaches, no electricity and internet for 2 days. I was in Suva for work, and given the hotel price, you'd expect them to offer a solution, or at least a discount. When I decided to move place, the manager wanted me to pay half of my initial expected stay. It took much negotiation for her to agree that I should only pay for the nights I stayed. No drinkable water in the room and the basic Fiji water bottle will cost you 8 FJD, twice the price from commerce.
