Staff were fantastic, so always helpful and very polite and making sure I was always ok. My room was very nice, quite at night and in mornings. Breakfest was great, I had to ask them to stop giving me so much, thou they still tried. I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel

Only one point, but I expect many places are the same, it is hard to find down a little alloy way. My Grab driver couldnt find it. There is a small sign on main street, but easily missed, and cars wont fit down alloy way, so a short walk maybe 15meters. Not a hassle, but just so you can expect a little hard to find maybe in dark it you arrive late. I have shared a photo, when you see this Tattoo place, Ally way is across for it. Also, showing the pool..i did use the pool twice..cold but refreshing

Hotelli vastasi kuvausta ja hinta-laatu sopivia. Erittäin miellyttävä henkilökunta. Kaikki asiat hoituivat ja apua sai tarvittaessa

L'accueil. Le petit dejeuner. : super carte. L'emplacement : dans la vieille ville animée mais comme l'hotel est dans une petite ruelle pas bruit. Juste un haut parleur dans la ville qui fait des annonces et musique traditionnelle qui vous reveille. On a apprécié de laisser nos valises parce que nous prenions le train panoramique vers Da Nang à 14h. Ce qui nous a permis de faire encore un petit tour à Hué.

Appréciation tout a fait personnelle : le matelas à ressorts et l'oreiller un peu trop durs pour mon dos.

We do not quite understand all the positive reviews. Must have been different rooms (we had the large room with 3 beds on the first floor) and different staff? - Beds were very uncomfortable, I could literally feel every spring in the matras. - Shower didn’t drain properly, within a minute my feet were well under water and it took quite some time to disappear, which is very bad hygiene. - Water tap and toilet seat were loose, these issues are very easy to fix so this shows ignorance and laziness. - We found breakfast room depressing. - We should have stayed 4 nights. When asking for another room it should not come available until the next day so we had to check out and leave. - We found the desk clerk quite indifferent and ignorant.

La piscine et la situation de l'hôtel proche des rues animées. Toutefois, il se trouve dans une impasse et c'est très calme

Le système d'eau chaude qui n'est pas très performant. Convient pour 1 petite douche mais pas 2 consécutives sinon pas assez d'eau chaude pour finir.
