Hotel Aashiya Haveli

Super Amazing. The owner Mr. Satyadev ji is a gem among the jewels. He will ensure to make comfortable not only your stay at the property but also while traveling in the town. Free water, tea and whatever is required!!! This Gentleman refused to charge a penny for tea and water provided during my stay. Even after my insistence, he plainly refused. It's hard to find such a host these days. His family and assistant - Panditji will ensure you have a perfect homely stay with peace and tranquility. The property is spotlessly clean for 24 hours with so much peace that one can practice meditation and zen life. Location is a bit let off as the property is located in narrow lane which means cars would not able to drop but presence of other qualities and amenities will ensure that it remains a non-deterrent. I have saved the best for the last - The propoerty has two rooms which has lake view. Fortunately for me, I got to stay in one of the same room - the window opens to the lake with access to 24 hours fresh air at your bed.

A quality hotel with clean room and friendly staff, nice view of the lake from balcony. Recommended.

Comfortable and clean hotel with great service. The architecture and design reflects traditional Rajasthani style. The location is in Lal Ghat, and literally a few steps away from the lake, including a boat ride booth. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Like many other hotels in the area, there are tables and chairs on the rooftop, providing stunning views of the lake, including the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir. Room itself was clean, with fairly comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. WiFi is available, but was slow when we stayed.

Pandit ji was super helpful with any requests (like extra soaps, towels, chai, coffee etc.). Only downside to this location (Lal Ghat) is that only autos and bikes can operate on the narrow roads. If you are having a car, you might have to find a parking place and catch a local auto to get to this place.

Though it was a short one day stay, yet there are many things to say which I observed. Finding this place can be a small play for you, but once you reach, peace is what you feel. Standard rooms may look like small matchboxes, but deluxe rooms will give you an awesome view of Lake Pichola. A television, an extension phone, clean bathroom utilities are something you will find missing. No resteraunt within the haveli, but Resteraunt Rainbow just next to it is a must go place. Awesome food, cleanest ambience and eye-smoothering view will make you heart to stay there and spend some good time. Overall its a Rating 4 place to go in comfortable budget.

Rooms are clean, big and the view is spectacular. Also the staff is very co-operative and offers homely stay. The hotel is situated near to palace and is a great place to be.

Good position in a quite corner of town, lovely rooftop view of the lake but lacks character with featureless rooms. The worst part was the over attentive and intrusive staff member who seemed to be round every corner. Being charitable, he probably meant well (or at least was only trying to secure a good tip) but I would caution any single female from staying here.

Excellent location, friendly staff with clean rooms. The view from the rooftop was amazing. The only downside was that the wifi in the lobby area was down for a few hours during one of the days we stayed and the water was luke warm at certain times of the day. But besides those minor glitches, it was an excellent stay.
