Exceptionally friendly, outgoing staff and very clean, comfortable room in a great central location. Highly recommended.

posizione ideale per visitare centrocitta metrò a 50 mt bus e tram a 100 mt stazione ferroviaria treni per Mosca a 200 mt albergo con poche ma confortevoli camere ottima pulizia giornaliera con cambio salviette quotidiano colazione servita al tavolo con possibilità di scegliere un piatto caldo oltre a teè ,caffe etc. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca l'entrata all'albergo poco decorosa, Androne e scala per arrivare all'entrata dell'albergo abbastanza vecchie e maltenute. cmq un albergo da consigliare vivamente ci tornerei

We was some friends and family from Norway and Australia who spent 6 nights at Art House in August. This was my second stay at this amazing little hotel who are more like a home than a hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and location is perfect. Few minutes from Nevsky Prospect and only 5 minutes walking from Central train station (perfect if you arrive with fast train from Moscow). Lots of nice cafes around and few minutes to buses. Breakfast is good and the kitchen is like a home. All staff speaks English and are very helpful and friendly. Outside the rooms it`s a fridge for us to use. I will definitely choose this place when I`m going back in March : )

Hotel limpio, personal adecuado. Felicitaciones a Victoria, quien nos ayudó mucho a ubicarnos en varios aspectos. El acceso al edificio un poco descuidado y de primera impresión da desconfianza. Después se acostumbra uno y todo bien. Un poco mal que no haya elevador. Nos gustó el hotel. Un sabor muy ruso.

Have to go up to 2nd floors. Breakfast not that good in terms of variety and quality. Too expensive for this quality. Some English speaking staff, they are nice.

Je suis vraiment très contente de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre propre et confortable et le prix plus qu'accessible!

처음에 입구보고는 다소 당황하였습니다. 마야콥스카야 역 맞은편에서 1분 정도만 걸으면 되기 때문에 찾기 어려운 위치는 아니나 간판이나 이런 것들이 잘 눈에 띄지는 않습니다. 그리고 번호를 누르라고 되어있는 것도 러시아어로 적혀있어서 러시아어를 모르면 불편할 것 같습니다. 또한 3층에 호텔이 위치하고 있는데 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 캐리어를 들고 올라오기 힘듭니다. 하지만 객실은 매우 청결했고, 직원분들도 친절하였습니다. 일부 직원은 영어를 거의 못하기 때문에 러시아어를 잘 못하는 분들은 난감할 수 있습니다.

I can really recommend Art House. It was very friendly and perfect location for our liking. Staff was fantastic, very friendly and nice. Breakfast was really good. I ate warm pancakes every morning...and I miss my pancakes now when I`m home ; ) It`s only a short stroll to ballet, Hermitage, Winter palace and so. Approx 15-20 minutes. Art House is located close to main road, and it`s a nice walk too, with lots of cafès and shops. It was our first time in Russia, but not the last : ) Me and my daughter fall totally in love with Saint Petersburg. And we will stay at the same place next time!!! And the hotel was very clean too. I don`t know if that`s the main standard in hotels in Russia, if so, they will be disapointed in Europe... It was the cleanest bathroom I ever have seen : ) If you go to Petersburg I will recommend Peterhof. You can take the ferry there, but it`s much cheaper to go by metro and bus. Metrostations are very easy and nice too. And we bought tickets for ballet in the morning the same day we went to see a show, and saved a lot of money.

We have been living in a room called Camelot designed as medeval castle chamber.It was spacios and we liked it. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very tiny. The door was not solid and was trembling every time the door in the corridor was opening or closing. Tea and coffee during the day is free and guests can use the kitchen facilitites for thier needs. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful and let us leave our suitcases after we had checked out till late evening (our train was leaving at 11 p/m/) . The hotel is located on the 3rd floor.
