Please note that the hotel restaurant is shut on Saturday and Sundays. On weekends the VISION restaurant offers full service and a la carte dining with set menus. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card the booking was made with, or an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling along. Otherwise the payment will not be accepted. Our restaurant has a limited menu with freshly prepared meals by a local supplier.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. De ligging

Aankomst kamer niet klaar, vooraf gemeld dat we eerder zouden komen. Nee, u moet anderhalf uur wachten! Klantonvriendelijk en dat ook aangegeven. Toen kregen wel meteen een kamer up grade echter er was voor 1 persoon een papieren beker, 1 handdoek, 1 douche handdoek. Minimaal dus…..

Jammer dat er in het weekend 's avonds niet gegeten kan worden. Na een lange reis wilden we niet meer de stad in, zodoende hebben we een borrelplankje besteld

Schoon. Goede bedden.

Onvriendelijk en onervaren personeel. In de 2persoonskamer die we geboekt hadden voor 2 personen, was maar handdoeken voor 1 persoon beschikbaar, 1 flesje water en 1 snoepje op het bed. Raam kon niet open. Kamer was klein en benauwd. De bar was dicht om 23 uur, terwijl er wel personeel aanwezig was. Kopje koffie of thee kon niet meer. We kregen als antwoord:"bar is dicht". Toen we daar de volgende morgen de manager op aanspraken antwoordde hij:"ik neem het mee. Kan ik u iets te drinken aanbieden? Toen wij vroegen om een kopje koffie bleek het apparaat kapot. De ontbijtgasten kregen wel koffie. Oké?! Ontbijt was echt veel te duur!
