Please note that the hotel restaurant is shut on Saturday and Sundays. On weekends the VISION restaurant offers full service and a la carte dining with set menus. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card the booking was made with, or an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling along. Otherwise the payment will not be accepted. Our restaurant has a limited menu with freshly prepared meals by a local supplier.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Perfect, zoals het hoort!!!"

Alles was mooi, netjes en verzorgd. Het personeel was snel en zeer behulpzaam toen ik ging melden dat afstandbediening van tv het niet deed.

Als ik iets 'moet' melden, zou ik zeggen dat er voor mij persoonlijk iets te weinig licht was aan het bureautje, dat was moeilijk werken 's avonds.

"Good enough for the purpose of my stay"

The bed was fairly comfortable. Decent shower. Breakfast buffet was okay. Friendly personnel. Close to the venue I needed to be at.

Standard room is shoebox sized. The bread at breakfast was dry. No bar service during the weekend and restaurant is closed Sat & Sun (evening)

"Voor één nacht op doorreis een prima hotel."

Heel ruime kamer, prima bedden, en een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Locatie erg handig als je b.v. op doorreis naar Frankrijk bent. Mogelijkheid tot gratis parkeren bij het hotel ook ideaal. Vriendelijk personeel.

Helaas was er geen airco, waardoor de kamer erg warm werd (‘t was buiten bijna 30 graden). De schuifdeur ‘s nachts weliswaar flink open gezet, maar dat leverde dan weer muggen op…En lawaai. Ook zou laminaat o.i.d. fijner (en hygiënischer) zijn geweest dan vaste vloerbedekking.

"Heel prettig hotel met vriendelijk personeel."

Enorm grote kamer met prachtige badkamer. Het hotel ligt buiten Kortrijk, maar je bent binnen hoogstens 10 minuten in het centrum. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel en nette kamers. Goede parkeergelegenheid.

"Heerlijke kamer, relatief goedkope kamer voor een nachtje. Goed bereikbare locatie"

Het tapijt zaten vage vlekken in. Verder geen puntjes
