Pretty much everything, staff were polite and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Very good breakfast. Location is ideal for town centre an Menin Gate, secure bike/motorcycle parking at extra cost but not extortionate. Would i stay here again. . . . . Absolutely.

The hotel is very nice, really clean, and an interesting mix of new and old architecture. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the facilities I required were all very good. My room had air conditioning, apparently some do not so always worth checking when booking. The secure parking for motorcycles was incredible, a very large garage located in the adjoining car park. Ypres is a fascinating place and the hotel is located in the heart of it. Very impressed.
