El buffet,no es que no me gustara,pero esperaba algo más para ser de un hotel con la categoría que tiene.

Hotel OK mais le self très moyen pour l'ensemble de la nourriture avec un responsable de la cuisine (chauve) pour le reconnaître qui a disputer devant le public un employé ce qui est inadmissible

Les plats style moule pour l'exemple qui n'avavait pas été jeté dans un court bouillon pour les ouvrir donc pas de goût et beaucoup de dessert avec la même crème en intérieur de la pâtisserie ou posée sur l 'extérieur de la pâtisserie

We have just returned from a trip to coma ruga staying at 4r gran Europe and had a lovely time. We travelled for a wedding in sitges but chose this hotel due to it being family friendly. The hotel itself is well kept, the rooms are basic but have everything you need. We travelled with our 2 year old and although it was advertised as a family hotel there wasn’t a huge amount at the hotel for children, the shallow part of the pool is 3m so unless you have a confident swimmer it’s not really suitable, the children’s play centre was not open, and there was no family entertainment but as a whole there was plenty to do for a week. The turtle pool was very entertaining and there are lots of play arears all along the beaches to walk to. Food was good, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner - buffet style and was varied each day. Drinks prices were reasonable and lots of choice. The hotel itself is a 10/15 minute walk to The Main stretch of coma ruga where there are some restaurants and bars but it was a lot quieter than we expected - not sure if the season had not started yet but by 10pm everything was closed and in the week there was only a few restaurants open even in the day. A week was fine but if we stayed any longer we would have been bored. We travelled to villa nova via train one day but due to works on the train we were unable to get a train back and it took us and hour and a half to get a taxi back, there are no taxis driving round, we asked locals who were really unhelpful and we panicked a bit with our little one so it put us off travelling anywhere again. Uber, cabify and bolt do not work in sitges, villa nova or coma ruga so you are reliant on local taxis and unless you can speak good Spanish you will struggle. We travelled to sitges and managed to get the train there and taxi back which cost us £70 then another day train there and taxi back late at night which cost £90. The week we stayed seemed to be catered for OAP’s - not sure if this is a regular thing or just again out of season but the music and ALL the entertainment was catered for 65 and over. I would say 80% of the guests were pensioners which was lovely to see nice and quiet but meant there wasn’t much atmosphere or things to do for younger people. Overall it was a nice stay and suited us for our trip this time.
